Clean nice stay
It was a comfortable room. I liked being able to park right by my door. Clean room. I would have liked to have a map of how to get inside the lobby area for breakfast from my room on the back side.

Run down, smelly, and misleading
Horrible property! Photos don’t show this property is older and has exterior entry doors to rooms. Booked the room for business trip and already unhappy with misleading photos of property as advertised online. Upon entering room, it reeked over mold, mildew, and other stench. Immediately went to front desk to inform them of condition and was told there was only one other room available, but could check it out. Opening the door the room smelled like smoke and just as dirty.
Not the condition or quality I’ve experienced in other Quality Inn and will not only never stay here, but will advise clients and customers to avoid it as well.

Maintenance needed on property. Bath faucet ready to fall off, shower wouldn't turn off when filling tub for bath, shower head would stay on. Caulking terrible in bath. Very noisy area.

I did not like the fact that they refused to rent a room to me for being a local.. i moved and then moved nback to springfield but when i got here found out my house wasnt ready. I needed somewhere to lay my head and shower after work. But i had to sleep in my car. Very rude front desk lady. What i dont understand is why the north side one was able to rent to me but not the south side? I couldnt stay at the north sidemone any longer because they had no hot water, and they had an inspectio. And it was put on thenfront door that it was a dangerous place to stay. And really it was. Across the hall from me they had so much traffic in and out the room all hours of the day and night. They was selling drugs and was prostituting out of that room as well. They even came knocking on my door a few times. The housekeepers didnt know how to clean to save their lives and have sticky fingeds as they stole money and a nail kit out of my room. I dont suggest staying at this motel chain. Not professional at all. Worst experience i have ever had with both locations. They take a deposit and refuse to give it back. Come up with a reason why that is false. Dont go here ever. Turn around.

The woman who checked me in was amazing however the room was dirty And stained. It looked like The bedspread had stains and had not been washed in a while. There was dust on the wall under the bed, generally a dirty room. Filthy stained curtains, I bought pillows, sheets and bedspread to sleep on the bed

Property is in need of a refresh. Even a fresh coat of paint on outer doors of units would be more welcoming. Interior was clean but again some rust on fittings etc so rather jaded. Quite a bit of noise from other guests hanging about outside which is hard to control. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

I checked in at 7 pm on 09/13 and was given keys ( cards ) for room 127. Did not go directly to the room as i was meeting my son and his family in Branson. Got back to the hotel around midnight as we had to go back to airport for luggage that was left in Atlanta. Went up to room 127 and keys did not work, tried it seversl times. Someone inside opened the curtains and yelled " you have the wrong room". Went back downstains and had to call for someone, finally a man named Aidan came to the desk and I told him wwhat had just happened. He looked in the computer and apparently the lady at the desk when I checked in gave me the wrong key. Was given keys for room 226, went up stairs and opened the door. Room was nothing like picture on expedia website and it had an awful smell. Smelt like excess bleach was used in laundering the sheets and towels. Next day met up with up with variuos family members and after a long day returned to the hotel. Went up to our room at about midnightand keys did not work. At this point I was very upset. Went back diwn stairs and ran into Aidan again. He said the the key did not work because they had me booked in for only 1 day so the key was cancelled. He updated the key so that we could go get some sleep as we had to be back at the airport at 4 am. I was traveling with my daughter and 8 year old granddaughter. This Quality Inn location has left a very bad impression and will never stay at another one. The pictures on Expedia are not correc.
