I did not like having to park on the other side of the building, walking down a steep, gravel, path around the building to my sliding glass doors, the second unit down. I am a 66 year old woman, and several trips to get my belongings and luggage down that inconvenient path was exhausting. The scenery on the back side was very nice, so that’s likely why I was put there. I didn’t like not being able to not see my car either. The room was very dirty, and I found window cleaner in a closet and cleaned the patio windows myself. The tv remote only part way worked with old tv. I lugged everything around the building back up the hill and checked out a day early, taking a loss, checking out a day early. The office closed at 5:00, minutes after I checked in, or I would have, at least, asked for a different room, close to where I parked. The office didn’t reopen until nearly 10:00 the next morning. The people working there were nice, what little I saw of them. All in all, I think maybe a healthy family or couple may like it there. For me, it was inconvenient and not what I had imagined it would be.
