I never write reviews, but this experience was so horrible that I needed to let other know. First they do not give you a code to get you into the building where the key cafe is located (this is how you pick up your apartment key). After a passerby let us in, and we picked up our key, things just got worse. We proceeded to our building and there wasn’t a fob on the keychain that would unlocked the door to let us in the building. Again another nice person let us in, and we finally got into our apartment. I called Vector customer service and they sent me back to the Key Cafe to get the back-up key, which was ALSO missing the building fob. After a 3rd call they sent me back to get a key for a different apartment, but that was in the our building. Again this key did not have a building fob!! So now I have 3 keys and still no way to get into the building. At this point we are trapped in our apartment until, finally, at 9:45pm someone shows up to bring us a building fob. We had to cancel the plans that we made for that night. This building was also VERY noisy, late into the evening. Lastly, I found it strange that there is a full kitchen, but it doesn’t have a microwave. For me this is essential piece of kitchen equipment, especially when you are traveling and warming up leftovers. Also they only give you one key per apartment, which can be difficult if you are separating from your party and returning at different times. The one good thing is that the apartment was very clean.
