Radisson Collection Royal Hotel, Copenhagen

Good hotel at a good location, next to Tivoli and close to city center. We had a spacious corner room with a nice view over the city Friendly staff during check-in. We can recommend to rent a bike at the hotel and explore the city by bike. All highlights are easy accessible by bike,

I frequently go to Copenhagen to see friends - and Royal has become my home in Cph. Everything is nice and remind me the best of the mid-century Danish design era. As a Dane, there is nothing like coming home, sitting in the window of the room and look at Tivoli from above, before going out with good old friends :-) Don't miss the video (in the TV menu) about Arne Jacobsen and the hotel. Make yourself a coffee and sit and watch for 20 min. It's fascinating!

It was a very good experience. I arrived at 8 Am. Hotel had arranged for early check in and free upgrade. Room was nice and very clean. Overall a very good experience.

Nice friendly staff Great location Wonderful stay

Beautiful view of Tivoli and great location to metro transportation. Very helpful concierge. Really good buffet breakfast. The gym was being renovated during our stay so to use a gym we would have to walk to a nearby hotel to use their facilities which we did not want to do in the rain. Overall we had an excellent stay.

Unfortunately the stay at the Radisson wasn’t what we had hoped to begin our holiday. We researched hotels in Copenhagen with the need of a bathtub (medical reasons) and reading the room information on Hotels.com it clearly listed a bathtub for its rooms. We also decided to book the room that would be on or above floor 10, wanting to enjoy the view for our fight night stay. After a very long flight, we checked into hotel and asked if our room had a bathtub and there appeared to be some confusion from reception as we said the room should have a bathtub as outlined in the room description. We were told we could pay the difference for a room with a bathtub but we were very confused as to why. Eventually the manager came and spoke to us. Rama the manger told us to prove the information of the room we booked stated it had a bathtub and we informed him it was on the description on hotels.com, he agreed that was the case but the only room he could offer us was a family room and it was located on floor 3 as that’s the only floor with a family room.
