Dirty worn out hotel. Not worth $100+
Guests beware. I had paid for an ada compliant suite with a kitchenette. I chose the room by the pictures that are shown with each option. All of the suites with kitchenette and regular room were all the same price ($94) per night. Check in took quite some time being the only person in line as the front desk was helping locate another persons stay which is fine but setting then to the side and checking me in would have been easy to swing. After getting my room key i checked out the room and there was no kitchenette. I immediately called front desk and told them I needed a kitchenette as I was making dinner and breakfast which I had already purchased. The lady told me all of the ada rooms don't have kitchenettes. And told me if I wanted one there was an upcharge. After showing them all of the rooms were the same price. She refused to change my room without additional charges which is assanine. I showed my receipt and the picture of the room which clearly showed Ada and kitchenette. When I spoke to the manager he said they should have changed me no charge after proving that I paid for one and the rooms were the same cost. I'm sure he just shut me up and said he will talk to her. The rooms were old and waking barefoot on the carpet turned me and my kid and wife's feet brown and nasty. The rooms smelled like cigarettes and the bathroom door was jammed and wouldn't close. I have paid for rooms half that price and looked way nicer. Karma will get the night lady and manager back
