Renaissance Seattle Hotel

Only thing I didnt like was how hard the bed was. I am a soft pillowtop kind of bed lover and it was like sleeping on rock almost. Blankets were amazing, not to hot but not to cold. Just wish the bed was softer.

Hotel was fantastic overall. Only complaints were the double beds were not very comfy and any movement from my partner shook me so did not sleep well. Also the sound proofing in the room was not great and the couple in the room next to us were fighting so woke us up repeatedly late at night. Local area is pretty quiet on weekends due to it being in the financial district so all shops and restaurants were closed.

The hotel and the room itself were FABULOUS. Incredibly clean, functional, comfortable, and beautiful. Felt luxurious until I went to bed. The bedding is all terrific but the so-called "pillow top" mattress was nothing of the sort. I felt like I was sleeping on the floor, the mattress was so hard. Linens were high quality and clean but man, I had a terrible night's sleep on that mattress. I want to LOVE this hotel because it was an incredibly good value for the area and all the amenities it offered but the main purpose of a hotel room is a place to sleep, so I can't give it full marks.

We booked a double bed room only to find there was non available,not even a roll in bed this really sucked and we are not sure if we want to book through a third party site again. Yeah, we now now to read the fine print??? Anyway, Seattle was fun , just cramped on a single bed Regards, Williams

Booked 2 beds for 4 people but when we arrived they gave us 1 bed instead saying 2 beds was just a preference not a guarantee. Would not help us find any alternative not even paying for an extra room. Did not have any cots available either. Woman at desk was angry with us for even asking. Door to bathroom was not properly mounted on hinges and came off the runner during the night and they were unable to fix it so now 4 of us with no bathroom privacy and only 1 bed. Woman at desk in the morning was nicer and removed the valet and wifi fee but unfortunately too late to make our stay better. Will never stay here again.
