Ameron Hotel Abion Spreebogen Berlin

The hotel is a little outdated, the location is nice on the river but not very close to tourist attractions or nice restaurants. Reconsider going to a different place if you like firm mattresses, I did not get a good night sleep. It is the softest mattress I have tried in a hotel in a long time. In general not a bad hotel but for this price I would rather stay at a newer, more comfortable one.

We loved this hotel - fantastic room with wonderful view of river. Superb welcome - stayed in many hotels this summer and this was so professional and well set up for Covid. The location was perfect as we enjoyed walking into the centre via the river. Loved sitting outside the hotel in the evening sun drinking a glass of wine. What could be better.

The hotel cleaning staff cleaned once every 2 days. I found nail clippings in the bed after a light turnover was done.

Beautiful hotel, very stylish and well maintained. Our room was lovely and quite spacious, and we were given an upgrade to a room with a river view, the hotel is very nicely situated close to the Spree. We arrived at Tegel airport which is a ten minute bus ride to the hotel, so very convenient. It is also easy to get to the centre of Berlin and all the sights by public transport. The staff were very nice too.

Had a three night city break at this hotel Hotel well situated near a tram stop and was within a nice walk from the centre Room was spacious and clean Hotel staff were very helpful and polite Breakfast was full of choice and restaurant meals were excellent Would definitely recommend this hotel

Amazing hotel, lovely location.

The Ameron Abion is beautifully situated on the river, in an area of Berlin tucked away from the busiest areas. This gives visitors a unqiue, tranquil experience, as there is more nature and less traffic. There are some quality restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Tiergarten Park, Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag and main train station are also relatively close by, and can be reached by foot for those able.

Really nice hotel that was massively let down by two big issues; 1- No tea making facilities in standard room, even though booking picture showed it. This is a first ever for us. Although was corrected after we complained on day 2. 2- Booked a double room but got 2 single beds pushed together and two separate single quilts. Very uncomfortable for a couple. Would definitely stop me booking here again due to these 2 issues. I would also say that there wasn’t anywhere near enough breakfast covers for the amount of guests staying, meaning we had to wait a long time. Not good for a 4* hotel. Thanks.

Such a beautiful hotel, the staff was SO kind and wonderful. I felt so at home and they were very attentive of any need that we had. Lauren at the front desk was especially lovely! Would definitely come back

Very spacious, clean and perfectly located (right on the river) property for a very affordable price.
