Gorgeous hotel with beautiful and comfortable rooms. The staff were the most customer service focused individuals I have ever encountered. While the rooftop restaurant was not actually at this location, and was a little walk up a hill, it was worth it for the view and delicious food. They did have full room service as well. What a find! Charming boutique hotel with modern upgraded rooms, on a quaint cobblestone street, well tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city but a few minutes to Galata Tower area and Karakoy. Attentive staff, who are super friendly and accommodating. And can't beat the location, next to many dining options and shops, and convenient transportation at your door step. Lovely breakfast served on the rooftop terrace with an amazing view of the Bosphorus. Highly recommend. I would definitely stay here again.
