Smoking laws?!?!
If you are the kind of person that enjoys trying to sleep in a room while cigarette and weed smoke strongly waft into your room at all hours of the night, you’ll love this hotel. If not, avoid this place and stay elsewhere. It’s not worth risking your health. The other reviews are real and accurate. While the room was basic and comfortable, and the hotel has potential to be a simple economical option for a canceled flight or overnight close to the airport for an early stay, the lack of caring or concern by management is apparent. Stay at your own risk, especially if you are someone with health challenges or concerns that could be exacerbated by the smoke.

Run down hotel but very conveniently located
Needed to stay some where close to downtown Newark, in hindsight inwoumd have been better off travelling in from Manhattan each day. This is a very basic Hotel and I would not have stayed with my wife here for sure. The place smelt of weed and was very run down. If you have an alternative choice I would say take that instead.
