They had to change my room 3 times. The smoke detector beeping. 2nd room the couch is missing. 3rd room the here didn't go passed 70°. It used to be me and my husband hangout, not so much.

Terrible experience
The room was terrible. They gave me dirty room. I checked in around 10 pm and the room I was given was unclean, mess and smelt. Please see pictures attached for proof. I had booked suite and they didn't have another suite so had to look for another hotel last minute after I got to Antioch. I ended up paying much more because I had to get new hotel right then. It was mentally stressful having to look for another hotel after a long travel and at night and also having to pay extra money last minute.

there was no television service in the rooms and the room phones were also not working. all the other guess were also complaining about this same problem, they also ran out of breakfast. unacceptable

The floors were nasty not cleaned . There were cockroaches in the room , I killed 2 and one was already dead when I came back to my room . I Let the lobby know and they weren’t to concerned about it , but said they would check into it .

The front desk showed absolutely no empathy for my concern and when asked to speak with front desk manager (not present) no one never called me to ask how they may help after I left my contact number.
