Great deal for the price
The hotel is a little dated, but a great deal for the price. Rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast hearty, and the location is easy for ride pick-ups and just a short walk to downtown stores/restaurants. I also very much appreciated the complimentary Lyft pick-up from the airport, as well as complimentary room upgrade offer and a welcome snack - these were lovely touches! My only complaint is the amount of plastic/styrofoam waste at breakfast!! All cutlery is plastic. All bowls and cups for cold drinks are styrofoam (which isn't recyclable!). I understand it's easier not to have to clean all the extra items, but there are more eco-friendly options for single use items, like bamboo, paper, etc. Please change this, it hurt my heart to see so much styrofoam being used every day.

Great room and staff, and a fantastic breakfast.
We had a wonderful two night stay at this centrale located hotel in SLC. The room amenities and the staff were both very nice, but what really stood out to us was there free breakfast. They had a wide selection of hot food, fresh fruit, breads, and sweets all served on actual plates. It was one of the best free breakfast offerings ever had at a hotel.

Coming Back
We have been traveling back and forth to Salt Lake and home for medical reasons. We tried a couple other places before stay staying at the Crystal Inn for the second time. Our next stay will be there as well. We stayed in a room with a jetted tub to soak our muscles after the long drive. Breakfast is delicious before a long day of medical stuff and then another long drive.

Great stay within walking distance of Delta Center
Our stay was wonderful. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Pool and hot tub were clean and there were plenty of pool towels. Breakfast had multiple options both hot and cool and fresh. It was within walking distance to the Delta Center which is where we were attending an event. Plenty of food options within walking distance as well so we did not have to pay for parking. I would definitely stay again. I do recommend getting a top floor room.
