We had understood that the reception was 24/7, however there was no one there when we arrived. The door sign said to call a number for help, but we had just arrived in the country and our phones weren't able to make calls. Luckily, one of the cleaners eventually let us in, and we were able to use the lobby phone to get things sorted.
Our room was supposed to be a double bed and 2 twins, but we ended up with 2 bunk beds.
For the price, it was fine, and within walking distance to restaurants and a market.
