Amazing experience, this hotels offers you a unique setting, I have been in different hotels in Barranquilla and this is one of a kind I was impressed by the human quality and service of staff, I could name them all, but special recognition to Candelaria(lady serving custom eggs), always smiling and happy to serve you, expecting nothing in return Jhonny, Doris, Eduardo, Orlando, i forgot others names Great great staff

Old buildings well maintained and updated. Space and grounds are unique. Price is very low compared to new hotels in Barranquilla . Staff very well trained

Fantastic property that needs updating. Our room was totally flooded after we showered and the water was barely warm.

I am sorry to say that the staff are not well trained and they can ruin great moments with little actions that could be resolved with common sense. The type of room I reserved was not available. They had better rooms available, but they we’re not empowered to offer the available room, unless I paid the difference.

I paid extra for a garden room, but they did not have available, or offer options. Basically they left me waiting, then gave me an alternate room that turned out to be occupied. Very difficult to deal with.

Stayed with my wife overnight. Was the second time at this hotel. Once again the staff were friendly and went above and beyond. Clean rooms, excellent food, and peaceful setting. Hotel el Prado is my go to spot in Barranquilla.

This is a beautiful hotel which is well maintained. The Staff is super friendly and helpful who work hard to make sure your stay is comfortable.

I reserved a ground level room but they said my reservation was for a different type that was $15 cheaper per night. he folks at the reception were not helpful.
