Although all their amenities were closed, pool, gym, restaurants, they still thought it necessary to charge 10$ a day for parking.

Excellent location. Hotels is updated and super clean. The rooms are very nice and very clean. Beds are comfy. The staff here including the manager are friendly and professional. I had an small issue with my stay and they took care of it and acknowledge my frustration. Overall I would recommend this hotel I have stayed here 3x now and for local events we attend. Had a slight problem this time not due to anything the hotel did or staff did but a guest was just being loud. And they handle it and took care of it. We will be back as I feel the hotel and rooms are comfortable and clean. I wish they would add microwaves but there is one upfront you can use.

Web site said free parking and when I arrive the facility wanted $ 10.00 per car. Unfinished remodeling. Sink was very slow to drain. No microwave or hair dryer available. Outside lights weren’t all working. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Convenient location. Comfortable beds. Dealing with California CoVid19 restrictions. So no ice, minimal breakfasts.

Wouldnt let my wife in to go open our room to open the slider so we could unload because she didnt look like me and have no proof she was staying even with her keycard in hand

Hotel is fine. No amenities in rooms at all - no coffee, no hot water, anything like that. No room service or daily cleaning. My stay was fine but I’ll probably stay elsewhere next time.

The room was clean and updated. The hotel was nice. Seeing as how the pool, gym, and restaurant are all closed right and there’s no breakfast the hotel should as courtesy waive the parking fee, nope they still charge $10 a night for parking, disappointing.

First room: Television won't turn on. Second room: No hot water in the shower. Front desk woman tells me on the phone she won't give me a new room "I've had two rooms already". No words. I have to go back to the front desk and stand there until she gives me another room. Third room everything works. No apologies, no sense of urgency, only poor attitude, which is impressive, considering I've now spent about 30 minutes dealing with their hotel shortcomings. I spend about four nights per month in hotels. Easily the worst experience I've had in the past couple years, disappointing because Marriott chains are usually above average, and I've been a happy Bonvoy member.
