Great room fridge wasnt that cool but perfect for a super bowl day

The staff is phenomenal. Check in was a simple affair and parking, which was $15.00 per night, was linked to our room key for entry and exit purposes. Hotel is located right off the highway, which makes it easy to get out to can Francisco (only 35 minutes away keeping you out of the busyness and pricing of San Francisco), and getting to the surrounding areas is easy. There was one issue, which was not the hotels fault. There was a medicinal herb smell coming through a bathroom vent on the first evening on site. The hotel staff situated us in a different room, opposite end of the building. Staff was super easy to work with. We look forward to future visits!

I was disappointed to learn after arriving that the restaurant was closed.

Felt very clean and safe to stay there during Covid-19. All the staff were wearing masks and the rooms were very modern and clean.

Arrived just before 11pm and check-in was very quick. This hotel is huge - you might have to walk farther than usual to your room. Not a huge deal since I was given a luggage cart, and the elevator was very fast. There's a huge well-lit parking lot around the property, you can safely walk around in the evening without feeling uneasy. I stayed overnight to catch an early flight from SFO the following morning. No airport shuttle, but I caught a lyft around 6am, took about 12 minutes to get to SFO. The room itself (1 bedroom suite) was nicely set up. Living room, bedroom, and bathroom. I turned the TV on, and it had my name ready on the home screen, so I shut it off. I don't want my viewing to be data-mined, thank you. I was disappointed with the insulation. You could feel cold air along some walls. I increased the room temperature a few degrees, but hot air only came out the vent in the living room. The bedroom did not feel warmer, and the bathroom was noticeably cold too (these two rooms were along the exterior of the building, while the living room was not). I tried to toggle the air vent in the bedroom, maybe it was shut? But nothing changed to let hot air in. The blankets were warm enough to sleep comfortably overnight. I only stayed one night, and it was past midnight by the time I realized the bedroom would not get warmer, so I did not contact the front desk about it.

Was only here for 1 night as we had attended a funeral. Service at the front desk was smooth and wonderful. The room was spacious and comfortable, clean and it felt covid-safe. Thank you for your hospitality, ill be back.

Overall a good stay. Cleanliness was good, but saw few stains on the bedsheets, which should be replaced, so customers won’t feel that it was not washed. Sometimes air from air conditioning smelled a little bit, which should be also changed in every room I would assume? Customer service of the representative when we checked in was exceptional! The pool was also closed which was fine, but should be open to hang outside but was not open. If there’s an event, customers should receive an email ahead of time would be helpful!

Well I don't understand why my room was not serviced the whole week I was there not that I really care but the trash did get backed up and what not it would have been very disturbing if I was with my family but since I was alone I just let it be but not cool
