Two star hotel
We were in town for a family wedding and stayed here because of the location and indoor pool.
I’m giving a two star review because of the safe location of the hotel otherwise it would be a one star.
We picked this hotel because of the indoor pool. The kids were playing in the pool area but were asked to play quietly as there were a couple guest room located in the indoor pool area so any noise was annoying to them. Which is completely fair and understandable however I would argue if it were an outdoor pool the kids could play normally and have fun without feeling like they need to whisper so the kids didn’t really enjoy it after that and we didn’t use the pool for the rest of our stay. Also the hot tub was luke warm at best I look forward to a warm hot tub and this wasn’t it.
As for the room the towels were scratchy and the rooms were a bit worse for wear we had to be moved as our tv didn’t work and both rooms we were in had poor water pressure and Luke warm water and not great shower nozzles hardly any water would come out.
The continental breakfast was disappointing severely lacking.
2 out of 10 would not recommend.
The night staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The area is safe and clean and parking is available and easily accessible.
