Sugar Top condominiums are known far and wide for their incredible
views, great amenities and the iconic building itself. Perched on top
of the mountain, this unique property features gated security, a
parking shuttle, an heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, whirlpool, steam
sauna and fitness room. The master bedroom in this 9th floor unit has
a queen sized bed, as does the second bedroom. The living room has a
sleeper sofa rounding out the sleeping arrangements for up to 6. There
is a full size washer and dryer and a fully stocked kitchen. Kitchen
has pots and pans, dishes and silverware, small appliances. NO coffee
is provided, but we are now stocking units with salt and pepper, and
cooking oil.
The units only have a 38 gallon water heater , due to space
limitations.
This only permits a 3-5 minute shower before the heater needs to
recycle and reheat. .
