Extended Stay America - Atlanta - Kennesaw Town Center

It was clean and decent sized room. There were zero amenities, no coffee maker in rooms or in the lobby. No ice machine, the night clearly brought us an ice tray to make our own!

Not so good stay

I paid for maid services which was 10 dollars per day and not one day did they show up. The third floor smelled like over powering vanilla incense. I wonder why??? The appliances had stains all over them. The beds are way too stiff and not real comfortable. The pillows are severely flat.

Bathroom-toothpaste splatter on the mirror. Previous guest shaved in the bathroom because there wad hairs around the sink. My sandal ended up under the bed,so i knelt down with my phone flashlight to retrieve it and it was disgusting. So much hair,dust,dog food and there was red hair bows under there. The chair next to the bed was not cleaned. White stuff on the side of it and something in the front. Crumbs & stuff around the chair and around the floor. Someone spilled something behind the door because there is red on the wall. The headboard was dirty. Bed was comfortable and tv was good. The girl at the front desk was great (i don't remember her name). I told her about the toothpaste and hair and she offered to change my room,but i declined because i already cleaned the shavings up. When i checked out i asked for the manger but he wasn't in. They said he would be there today untill 2pm, but i got off work after that. I definitely will be calling Larry tomorrow. I really thought with the Covid Pandemic going on that businesses would be taking the "cleaning/disinfecting seriously, but obviously Extended Stay does not. Very disappointing. Room #112

This place has gone down hill.

Awful. Microwave was not working the turn table inside broken. The reference has the doors mounted backwards and has no handles to open the doors. You have to open the freezer to be able to open the refrigerator door. Cockroach crawling across the floor. I use to stay here a lot. Have not been here in months. This place has gone down hill no upkeep. Broken exit doors and looking very run down

Stinky and Disappointing.

We picked this hotel because it had high reviews. It was the most disappointing experience we have had at a hotel. The staff was abrupt and did not give us any information on how to check out or get to our room. The hallways were disgusting - messes all over the floors (full blown spills, crumbs, suckers, etc and nobody cleaned them the entire time we were there) and it had a horrible smell in most of the hotel (like rotting food). The room was mediocre, the beds and pillows were uncomfortable and discolored. Fortunately you couldn’t smell the hallways in the room. Overall incredibly disappointing and we will not be returning.

We were in town for a softball tournament for my daughter. When we arrived at the motel we were told that they didn’t have a reservation for us. Even though I had a confirmation number. But luckily they said they had a room we could have. So we said ok we would check in after my daughters game that night. So after the game we went back to room and guess what. No room this was at 9:30 at night so needless to say we were out hunting for a room at 10:00 at night I have stayed at extended stays a lot but never ag as in
