Hotel was on back order for hotel keys so 1 per room. Also overbooked and charged me $109 per night instead if $159 when originally was the cost when booked and other people I was at hotel with were charged correct price for their room originly, but not me. Also, I did not have a pull out couch as booked, my refrigerator died iver night, spiiling $100 worth of food for a softball picnic the next day we were in town for. Very dissapointed. Also, the breakfast was very limited at 7am Sat and Sunday. I will NOT stay at this property again. The other people I was with also had problems, and even 1 family had to leave as hotel only could do 1 night and not 2 they originally booked for price etc. I did ask to speak to a manager and said was not in and if had any concerns, since I booked with expedia, I needed to call them as it does not work to complain to hotel, just who booked through if in need of a refund or for damaged goods due to fridge. They did have maintenance look at it, it did run a little cooler after the fact. Just very upset and not aure expedia is able to help at all. Thank you. Kim
