Everything was great, Nice place to stay would definitely recommend it to a family member or friend.

It was a good stay

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The only problem was the floors: they were sandy and gritty, as if they had not been vacuumed. Also, there was debris in the bathtub, and the bathtub drain was closed and there was standing water in the drain. Everything else seemed to be clean.

The room was cold, the blanket thin and the pillow very hard basic. But it is a budget hotel so for the price it was perfectly fine.

Stay here at least 3 times a year and am happy to return every time

Our stay was alright! We had a queen bed room with a kitchen. The kitchen was a nice touch and nice to have, but we were not staying long enough to utilize everything in the kitchen. You had to ask the front desk for the kitchen amenities which wasn't conveniently already in the room. It said on the paper that these things would be delivered to the room but my boyfriend had to walk down to the desk and brought back a heavy tuber ware full of pots pans utensils etc. Everything was clean which was nice however, there was packed of dish soap but no sponge to clean? So unfortunately we weren't able to clean anything we used and I felt bad but whatever! The bed was alright, didn't sleep my best but have slept in better. Our toilet had a hard time flushing on the first try, and if it was more of a pain we were going to request to switch rooms but didn't want to pack up our things again.. the shower was clean and there was a nice pull out couch, chair and desk. I had to go to the 7/11 and buy a glade air freshener though for the smell of the room. Not sure if it was the old smell or something from the kitchen from someone previous, so that was a bit annoying but once we used the freshener it was fine. My biggest issue was that house keeping NEVER came to our room. There was no do not disturb sign, and we were out of the room by 11am each day and NO ONE ever came to our room to give more towels, make the bed,etc. SO overall okay experience, I would stay again if needed for the price

The clerk checked me in to a dirty room and when I went to get it corrected instead of being apologetic he rudely tells me about their non-smoking policy. He should be as concerned about cleaning the room as general policy all hotels have. Mind you he was making an assumption because I gave no indication as I do not smoke. The next morning I was locked out of my room and it took at least 10 min to get someone to come to the desk to make a key. Then EXACTLY at check out time they come knocking on my door. If they had been so prompt with the prior people maybe they would have had clean rooms from the start. Even when I told the manager she was nonchalant in response. By far the worst experience I have had at any hotel ever.

The hotel smells very bad it was dirty The night front desk was very helpful but over all I won’t ever stay in this hotel or any of stay inn hotel
