Holiday Inn Express & Suites Burlington

All staff was friendly from the front desk to housekeeping. Beds were soooo comfy. Rooms were quiet. Breakfast was good. The lobby was under remodel construction, but the staff made things feel like business as usual. Not chaotic or inconvenient. I was in town to attend my grandson's baseball game and was happy that the hotel was close to the high school where he played and that there was easy freeway access.

Reception lady was rude but property was clean and breakfast was okay not too good and not too bad.

We needed a stopover on the journey home and this Hotel worked out great for that, reception staff were welcoming and helpful. We had no desire to drive and find somewhere for dinner (it had been a long day in the car) so they found a pizza place that delivered. Perfect. If you wanted to walk for food the only option was McDonalds .... Room was clean and the pillows were great, a nice surprise was the included breakfast which was great, much better than some hotels I have stayed at that cost a lot more.

Good, clean room. Heavy construction going on in the lobby but you couldn’t hear it in the room

Excellent location right of the Interstate. Not many restaurants near by but then again it was nmnot that far. Hotel as you except for Holiday Inn Express. Showed a little wear and tear in the room but everything was functional. Excellent service.
