Lovely hotel
Very nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely room, great views. Clean as a whistle. Bathroom spotless and high spec but shower pressure a bit weak. Slight negative was pool and hot tub was very busy with lots of members - eg 6 teenage boys in the hot tub (perfectly well behaved btw but made it crowded). Appreciate spa is another source of income for hotel but put us off going down next day. Would also have been nice if a few more food options were available in the afternoon as arrived at 3:30 quite hungry and scones were only item available. None of above would stop me from coming again however if in Swanage.

This is a beautiful hotel, the views are stunning. The room was excellent, modern and perfectly clean. The food is fantastic and staff were absolutely 5 star. I booked a massage while I was there and it was wonderful, so my recommendation is to stay here if you get a chance! Will definitely stay again.

The overall stay was pleasant. The staff were friendly and the area is beautiful. Unfortunately the hotel itself could do with some work. For example, the paintwork.on the hotel is peeling off, our television didnt work in the room and they had no one at 8pm to fix it. Also the breakfast is not included and overcharged at £15 a head, including for my kids who only ate cereal.
