Best Western Plus Dallas Hotel & Conference Center

Worst experience ever! No privacy curtains, parking lot light was shining into room, halls smelled like cigarette and weed. Not a pleasant stay. Moved myself and family twice to a different room. Finally decided to take us to a direct Overall worst stay and experience ever! Will never return.

I went to speak to customer service about my room phone not working...she didnt care one bit. Also the carpets and drapes smell. I left 5 hours after check in because i was disgusted. Vagrants hanging outside the hotel as well. I was waiting on my Lyft driver and someone tried to puck me up like im some prostitute. This hotel has gone way down the hill. Bathroom mold around tub. Cracks around doors.

The front desk bad attitude. Lots of people smoking marijuana in the parking lot. In the morning I came across with three drunk laddies in the elevator. It's not recommended for family. My room was not clean.

My stay was okay rooms really doesn’t seem the same as on pictures.

Room didn’t get clean every day, I ask for towels and trash to be pick up at room, did get clean, I had 3 days with3 really small towels, I booked hotel for 10 nights, I had to checked out early by 4 nights because of the service.

Place is nice, breakfast was good, and everything was clean but the service with the two at the desk were very rude and unprofessional. The male working that night there is not any words to speak for how he conducted himself that will fit his attitude

The view and the bedroom was not comfortable and the bathroom was not good.

I spoke with the manager about my stay and told him I could not afford to wake up and not have water and he guaranteed me it was solved and the current issue was an "emergency" but if it was an emergency he can have another "emergency"

Room was semi-clean. There were spiders in the bedroom area. Shower curtain was torn in several places. Water pressure was low. Toilet paper low, had to wait till the following Morning for a new roll.

Nothing special about this hotel. Shower curtain torn in many places near the rings. Just shampoo, no conditioner. Carpet didn’t seem like vacuumed, hair and dirt was visible. TV remote didn’t have any guide button so channel up/down was the only way to see what was on.
