Hampton Inn Dulles - Cascades

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Very nice that they had go to breakfast. I would definitely stay again

The hotel was very clean and located where we wanted to be next to family and friends. The amenities were good with a microwave and mini-fridge. Daily cleaning is not performed at this time but housekeeping staff was excellent when we needed trash removal and new Towels & Linens. The only bad point was the bed mattress was a ROCK. Very poor sleep during the visit and really could not wait to get home to our own bed. Most hotels now are upgraded with pillowtop/foam top mattresses and it's time for an investment on their part. I would have given the hotel a 10 with this improvement.

The hotel updates are nice. The property is well kept. It's the staff that needs tweaking. Two employees, Austin & Chris, were rude, unprofessional and petty. While sitting in the lobby awaiting my Uber I observed both of these staff members on several occasions. Austin seems to hate his job. He stays on personal calls, leaving guests waiting for HIM to assist them. Just laziness personified. Chris seems to be just an ornery, sour person. Too bad they have such weird staff manning such a nice hotel.

Clean, neat, modern, tasteful, convenient, spacious and thoughtful layout. Large windows, easy use for blinds, thermostat worked quickly and efficiently, shower controls were legible. Couldn't find a single fault not that I was looking. Check-in was quicker than any in recent memory. Will look to use them again.

Hotel was clean. Breakfast was a bit disappointing due to covid. Wifi didn't work in our room at first, but they kept working and eventually got it working

Clean rooms, courteous staff, easy parking, proximity to Dulles Airport, reasonably priced. My GPS missed the address by a few hundred, but it's admittedly out of date.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks and it was a very good experience, especially for the cost. The rooms are clean and the staff are very pleasant and friendly. It made the stay much more bearable and it was the complete opposite of the customer service at hotel right down the street that I stayed at for 1 week prior to switching to this hotel. Breakfast is limited due to the pandemic as with all other hotels but I like how they thought outside the box. Offering pre-packaged bagels and waffles that you can put into the touchless warmer and premade omelets that you can take back to your room and microwave. They also have a variety of frozen meals and snacks that you can purchase. The room was standard with everything working properly. For the cost, it's not going to wow you but again, the great customer service is what really stands out here.

Make sure you bring your wall piece for your phone. You will not be able to charge your phone if you don’t. Unless you go to the lobby.

CoVid impacted, so Pool’s we’re not available, but they sure looked inviting! Staff very very helpful!
