SpringHill Suites by Marriott Atlanta Kennesaw

We stayed in a king suite and the room was amazing. From the decor to the softness of the bed to the shower pressure. Everything was amazing. We were even in close proximity to several dining facilities.

I was disappointed that when we arrived rooms were not ready (4 others waiting). We only had to wait about 10-15 minutes, then on to our room. Smaller than any Springhill room we had stayed in. Also no luggage racks in the room. We had to use the desk for one bag. Also not a well lit room. Very disappointing after loving our other stays at Springhill Suites in other locations!! I hope this is not the direction that the chain is moving to.

No problems overall. Would have preferred queen beds over double but I knew that before I booked. Breakfast was a little weak, just a small to go bag but glad they had something during COVID.

Jordan was awesome! Super friendly and helpful. Staff very efficient and friendly. Great place to stay!

The hotel is updated and rooms are very spacious. Our issue was "room specific" with a coffee maker and tv that did not work. A staff member had to cone to our room at 7 a.m. Nothing major, but inconvenient.

The hotel itself is comfortable and clean. My only annoyance was the breakfast and fitness room. On hotels.com it says hot breakfast buffet. Now I know there isn’t any buffets but I have been to many hours the past few months that offer wrapped hot biscuits or containers with hot food already prepared. This was a bagged muffin and fruit and water. That is it! Not sure why a Marriott is still operating like it is in the beginning of the pandemic. Also the fitness room is closed. Again every other hotel I have been to has been open with social distance procedures and such. I literally book my rooms based on breakfast and fitness. It shouldn’t be listed in the website if it is kit available. I would not have paid $91 just for a bed.

We stay at a lot of hotels and with all the amazing reviews we chose this hotel for our stay traveling to TN. It was not at all as expected. The double beds are small and the room is crowded with an odd layout. The trundle bed makes it impossible for anyone to walk to microwave or fridge when it is out. The tv is located in center of room which is far off from the beds. When we first arrived we got checked in and received a dirty room where popcorn was everywhere. We were quickly relocated to a clean room but no apology was given. During a time of a pandemic placing guests in used dirty rooms should never happen. Absolutely unexceptable. Breakfast is in a to go bag- which still doesnt make sense as you can provide a hot breakfast and have guests social distance like restaurants or they can bring their food to their room to eat. Many hotels are using the pandemic as an excuse to not serve buffet breakfast which guests look forward to and love. There sre many ways to do it and adhere to cdc guidelines.

Great location and super clean Enjoyed the decorating with West Elm furniture Plenty of space and good room set up.

Toilet seat is not bolted down, black mold in caring from a water leak that obviously was never fixed, manager was by far the rudest customer service person I've ever met in my entire life, up charged me 40 more dollars the third night I stayed as opposed to the first two nights without telling me. Needless to say I will not be staying there again

Excellent location in KENNESAW. Close to the clinic and specialist I had to see before my up coming surgery. I had a very peaceful night before leaving early the next morning. Check out was a breeze. The desk clerk was excellent. If I have to see the specialist again I will stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott. There were several busses of young people staying in the hotel. They were very respectful and quiet. Loved my stay!
