Studio By Renato - Turismo Rural
Quinta do Rio - Turismo Rural is located in one of the most historic areas of Portugal, 1 km from the center of Belmonte, in the Serra da Estrela valley.
The By Renato Studio is located in a 10-hectare farm with two more rooms, a stables, changing rooms for camping and caravanning, an orchard area, a vineyard, an outdoor pool, a leisure area. Etc.
The By Renato Studio has an area of 60 meters and inside there is an open space with a double bedroom, a living room, a kitchenette, a stove and a sofa with two single beds. The exterior of the studio by Renato is built in granite stones and dated from 1879, inside it is still visible oak beams and exposed granite walls.
The Studio shares the private dining area, it is equipped with all kitchen utensils, microwave, fridge, electric hob, toaster. Etc.
It has a dining table with 4 seats and the capacity to accommodate 4 guests. Etc. Towels and bed linen are provided and are included in the studio by Renato. The private bathroom has a hairdryer and toiletries.
They have access to the Quinta's community oven and all the surrounding space.
Quinta do Rio also offers barbecue facilities, a terrace and a variety of fruit trees.
The unit offers views of the Serra da Estrela and the Belmonte valleys. There are restaurants, Atms, a pharmacy and supermarkets, a post office and a citizen's store within a 2-minute drive. The entire surrounding area is complete with a level of History and Culture that is over 500 years old.
Clients have 100% access to Quinta do Rio, from the pool, barbecue area, Zêzere river, gardens, events room. Etc.
