Located at Castle Reef condominiums, on the private, no-drive beach of
New Smyrna, this one bedroom, one bathroom, ocean view condo is
conveniently located on the ground floor, on the beach side, for
easier access to many amenities. The property is right on the
ocean, not separated from it by a street, so the only thing to cross
is the grassy manicured tropical gardens to get to the sand and the
waves. Castle Reef was recently featured on HGTV's Beachfront
Bargain Hunt due to its great location and wonderful amenities.
Amenities include lovely landscaping, oceanfront jumbo size heated
pool, kiddie pool, BBQ grills, sundeck with 80 lounge chairs, shaded
waterfront gazebo with benches and tables, shuffleboard, clubhouse,
tennis court, coin operated laundry and the best beach in Florida.
Most of these amenities are Ocean Front, so you can enjoy looking at
the Atlantic waves while splashing in the cool, clean pool.
The condo has new tile and paint throughout, accommodates up to four,
complimentary Wi-Fi internet, and complimentary beach chairs, beach
umbrella, tennis rackets and balls. This unit also features a blow
up mattress which can be found in the hall closet.
The living room and dining room with an open floor plan include a pull
out queen size sofa bed plus a hidden twin bed in the ottoman. The
living room's brand-new 52" inch flat screen TV has cable with 90
channels, a DVD player with 50 movies, and an Atari "Flashback" game
machine with 101 video games for up to 4 players to enjoy some 1980's
style arcade action.
The master bedroom includes a 42" inch flat screen TV, a soft KING
size bed, new bedding and linens. Full bath with tub/shower. The
in-room telephone features free local and long distance calling
throughout the USA and Canada.
The fully equipped kitchen has a new coffee maker for Keurig single
cup or ordinary 12-cups-per-pot brewing, brand new refrigerator with
ice maker, dish washer, disposal, barbeque utensils for the gas grills
out by the pool, silverware and every pot, pan, dish, cup, glass and
utensil that you'll need.
The oak dining table seats 4 and looks ordinary, but look closer: turn
over the top and it's a green felt trimmed poker table, or remove the
top and it's a bumper pool table with pool balls and cue sticks.
Directly across the street, within walking distance, is a Grocery
store, three restaurants, a beachwear outlet, a laundromat, Doggie Day
Care, and Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church. Also across the
street is Nautilus by the Sea with yoga, cardio, and other fitness
classes. Bike rental is also right across the street.
We have very fast Wi-Fi for all your work from home needs!

additional laundry is required, renters could be responsible for an
