Rodos Palace Hotel

Περάσαμε φανταστικά!!! Τέλεια τοποθεσία, πολλές ανέσεις, χώρος για απασχόληση παιδιών, αρκετά καλή εξυπηρέτηση... μύριζε λίγο κλεισουρα το δωμάτιο, όμως ήταν πεντακαθαρο κ είχε πολύ άνετα στρώματα!

This is an enormous hotel with many areas, however its services corresponds to a 3 star hotel. Breakfast is not rich at all, coffee is tasteless and the variety of the buffet is so limited and monotonous. In front of the hotel there is a beach, however there is an extra daily payment for umbrella and loungers. The rennovated rooms are decorated very nice and they have a spectacular view to the sea. On the other hand these new rooms have no privacy at all, specially when you are not a couple. The bathroom is transparent and it is not a different place with a door etc. but situated near the bedroom separated by a transparent glass. The hotel does not offer bathrobes although it is a 5 star Hotel and there is a lack of shower gel, the hotel had available only shampoo. We have asked many times for a simple shower gel and they provided to us after an hour, so the next day we bought our own shower gel in order to avoid this frustration every day. The hotel offers a sauna, gym and jacuzzi at extra price of 10€ x person and it is a very nice area with kind personnel. The hotel has many floors (17 in total) and you have to wait a lot in order to be served by the three elevators that are in function (it is a small trip in order to go down and go up to your room).The common areas are very impressive but old, they need a rennovation.There are two main pools, the closed one which is beautiful and the open one which is so populated & small in respect of the size

Υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο, σε φοβερή τοποθεσία σε ένα υπέροχο νησί!

Ηταν άψογα και συστήνετε ανεπιφύλακτα.Τρομερο δωματιο ανακαινισμενο premium με θεα στη θαλασσα απο το 15 οροφο.εκπληκτικοι εντος και εκτος ξενοδοχειου με πισινες για ολες τις απαιτησεις και ηλικιες καθως και ολοκαινουργιες νεροτσουληθρες και χωροι απασχολησης παιδιων με πολλα παιχνιδια.Ενα μικρό θεματάκι ίσως με το parking που οι θέσεις του ειναι ελειπης και ειναι οποιος προλαβει.Και επισης ουρες στο πρωινο που εμοιαζε με σησιτιο και δεν αρμοζει σε πενταστερο ξενοδοχειο ποσο μαλλον σε resort.χρειαζετε διορθωση στο συγκεκριμενο θεμα διοτι ενω υπαρχουν πολλα αδεια τραπεζια αργει προφανως το μαζεμα ωστε να μπορουν να ξανακαθησουν.

It is a very nice hotel...All of the staff is very kind and very helpful if you need anything. They made us free upgrade at a renovated room which was fantastic! The breakfast and the dinner was super with plenty of choices. All of them were very tasty. The only think I believe that they can improve is to complete the renovation at the other floors of the hotel and at the pool side,where some of the sunbeds are very old. Although everything was perfect and I would stay there again!
