The bed was very uncomfortable the blanket was old and rough the sheets were very old and stained will choose another hotel in the future this one needs to be remodeled very badly

I got there and waited 30 minutes for someone to show up at the desk after repeated calls, even corporate couldnt get a hold of anyone. Then i get up in the morning looking for the breakfast that is listed on the website, they have no breakfast and didnt even have coffee. Terrible place, terrible service, wrong info on the website, complete waste of my money, will NEVER stay there again and would really like some portion of my money back.

We had a pretty interesting experience. We had to change rooms 4 times. 1st room- my wife got had biten by a bed bug and there was like 3 more crawling in the bed. 2nd room- the AC didn't work. 3rd room-the room wasn't clean. 4th- was just right, but i had to hang the shower curtain up myself (which wasn't really a problem for me). ***to be fair their housekeeping quit on them*** The front desk guy Mason went above and beyond to make everything better after the whole bed bug incident. I recommend this hotel due to the fact it's really quiet and the hotel staff i did meet were very helpful.

Nastiest place I’ve ever stayed! Smell horrible, dirty, towels were gross! I slept in my clothes didn’t even take a shower as it was so horrible! Sink didn’t drain, tub filthy!

The overall hotel was good. The floors do not have carpet and needed to be cleaned a little better. The pillows were flat so I would suggest bringing your own if you can.

I reserved 2 rooms with double beds. I received a phone call the day I was arriving informing me they did not have these rooms available. ( I made these reservations a week prior) There were 6 people in my party I was told Their extended stay guests who had been there for some time did not check out. They were able to put us in other rooms with a roll away bed. They only had one available. My party was arriving late that evening. I asked that the roll away please be placed prior to their check in. I was told my party would have to pick up the roll away at the front desk. The roll away bed was in poor shape. We would have gone elsewhere but area hotels were sold out.

The property smelled like marijuana. The room was not very clean. Not the best place to stay

No matter how early you book it or how hard you beg for it, you'll never get a handicap accessible room here.

There was no lobby at all in which to wait on others in your party. there were two chairs which seemed to be filled by a couple of guys half asleep. breakfast really non existent. my non smoking room smelled like SMOKE
