Really enjoyed our 2 night stay. Welcome was genuine and very helpful, sorry I didn’t get the name of the gentleman who always seemed to be working. Room was perfect with sufficient room for a family of 4 in a city centre.

Staff are wonderful & helpful, rooms are clean, beds comfortable. Some rooms have balconies and I thank the staff for accommodating the request. The hotel is also close to the metro & so many amenities as well as being easy to access other city sights. Second time visiting this hotel.

Lovely homely little place. Very clean and staff very friendly.
Only little issue we had was the room was a bit small and shower wasn’t great but overall great place to stay.

Nice clean rooms. The toilet was not in same room as the shower and sink which was unusual and shower did not have a big enough lip to keep the water in the shower so the water went on the floor. Very nice staff, hotel.

It is quiet at night and well located.
The staff (Asst Manager Hugo) in particular is excellent and was very helpful with other bookings I had to make.
