This is a very large property on one of the famous lagoons in Ko Olina. We got a room in the" penthouse", thinking there would be something extra to go along with it. There was definitely not! The room was small, the bathroom was very crowded, and the balcony was almost unusable. They put us in a room facing the golf course in the building farthest from the beach.
The bed made our backs and hips sore. There was a mini kitchen, with toaster, microwave, crockpot, plates, silverware and glassware.
We took advantage of 2 of the on-site restaurants. Longboards is the casual one, and we had good food and service there. Longi's is the fine dining one, where we had dinner to celebrate our anniversary. Service was good, but not much personality from our server.
Appreciate that they have a "quiet" pool for adults, and plenty of beach chairs for sunning in the sand or grass.
This is a destination hotel, when you would want to go to and just spend all your time there or close by. Next time we will stay somewhere where we don't feel guilty about being gone all day exploring the island. There's much to see on Oahu.
