Clean but needs updating
First, let me say that the staff here are pleasent and keep everything clean. The beds, bathroom, etc. all cleaned every day.
This hotel is in dire need of a remodel. everything is worn out. The style is 1980, and I think that's how long it's been since they bought new furniture. Stains are set into the furniture that are now permanent. They need far more outlets than they currently have. The TV is the same model as my very first flat screen, which makes it about 20 years old, and it shows it!
Breakfast is pretty much the same thing every day. Eggs that, like everything in the Everglades, float on a river of water. Overcooked sausage and ham and prepackaged muffins. Bananas are the only fruit to be found. The coffee comes from a machine and only prepackaged non-dairy creamers can be found.
I will choose another hotel if I ever come to this area again.
