Swing and a Miss
It’s a beautiful hotel and they do so many things right but some of the basics are just terrible. For example, on the plus side there is no daily parking or “resort“ fee. The outside space with the fire pits is very comfortable and inviting and the hotel has nice nooks to sit and talk with friends or colleagues. But it’s hard to enjoy these things without a good night’s sleep. Yes, they have great linens, but it’s on one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on - anywhere. I actually felt springs through the mattress. And if you’re going to enjoy the pool, forget about it. It’s a tiny space that’s in the shade most of the day and there is no Jacuzzi, sauna or steam room despite having a very decent gym.
They’re better set up to visit someone staying there than stay yourself
