Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
Made a reservation and was on the road late knowing we wouldnt arrive before midnight although the hotel indicated 24 hour lobby they were closed when we arrived. I was able to contact someone by a number on the door and woke someone up to be let in. Once we got into the room and had a second to take a look it was bug infested, burn marks on the bed and walls. More then half the lights didnt work and was discusting. Needless to say we got a room down the road instead and didnt even settle enough to sit down because it was so uncomfortably discusting. The room we got instead was 7 minutes down the road was half the cost and was a nice name brand hotel. Whatever you do, save your money and go elsewhere.

Could have been better
First the desk was empty because whoever worked there had to get food. Then after waiting a half hour I ginally got the keys. Thete was harfly anywhere to park except near a construction site. Got concrete on my car. Then no coffee in the lobby like they advertised.I understand help is hard to find. But you should let guests know or lower your prices until you get your pkace in order

A great place to stay at.
My stay at the Best Budget was comfortable and I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is everything you may need in the general area of this motel, restaurants, bars, shopping, whatever.
I got a nice, large room for a great, low price.
A refrigerator and microwave were a nice "plus."
The bed(s) were comfortable and there was an extra blanket in the dresser drawer, didn't need it, the heat worked just fine.

WORST Budget Inn
We were told, via email, we would have to check in across the street at the Comfort Inn. After waiting in line for ten minutes, I was told it was the off season and could proceed directly to Best Budget Inn. We had driven four hours from out of state, arrived at 2:15. Check in is officially at 3. When we arrived, we were confused. There were U-haul's parked everywhere, and huge banners plastered everywhere advertising them. Walked into the building, and were immediately hit in the face with the overwhelming reek of marijuana. A man was waiting for someone to show up to rent him a u-haul. Nobody appeared to be available for that OR for check-in. When an employee showed up a few minutes later, he flat out told us check in is at 3, and we'd have to come back then. We went to a store for a few snacks, returned at 10 minutes after 3, and were told our room was not ready, would be about ten more minutes. When my husband complained, the employee said, "I didn't charge your card yet, you can stay somewhere else". Found out our room was upstairs. No elevator. I am somewhat disabled, so the stairs were difficult and painful. Upon reaching the room, we surprised the maid who was scurrying around trying to clean it. She apologized, telling us she is the only maid, and was not told ahead of time someone had reserved this room, so had not cleaned it earlier. Was old and not very clean. Hair in the shower. Bed was ok. No coffee in the room. Bottom line is we would NEVER stay here again!!

Comfortable But Not...
Comfortable room. Plenty of hot water. But the heat in the room did not work. I was COLD. Also, there was a TON of very loud yelling and talking in the hallways and outside for my entire stay. I had gone away for a couple of days to get some peace and quiet and rest.

This place is horrible. I had a reservation but wouldn't stay there it wasn't safe. People were hanging out the windows yelling. There is a u-haul company set up in their parking lot. I walked in and I was scared. I quickly got out of there and left.

Dont stay here.
It was run down, we had hardly no towels, no toilet paper. Lobby was closed we couldn't get a roll away bed. We had 5 people and only room for 4. Carpet was dirty. No coffee pot. No screen on window. I would not recommend this place. But at least the microwave was clean.

I didn’t like anything about the hotel. Your people can’t even answer the phone, then when people try to call over and over and over again to cancel a room before 24 hours you want to charge someone’s card over and over, when that’s not fair, the hotel looks ran down, you need to update your phone number if it’s not right on google, cause when I got in touch with someone they said they was with the child molesters.

The front desk has a roller gate on the reception window. I needed to fill out a paper form because my reservation wasn't copied to a computer system from Expedia. Certainly was unique to find a pool filled with stone. The halls smelled of smoke. The mirror has a notice stating that everything has been counted and if anything is missing that your license plate would be reported to the police. Wallpaper was painted. Switch plates are a hodge podge of colors. Wall tiles used as floor tiles. Condom wrappers in the exit foyer.

I love this hotel. I needed to find something quick for a long term stay. I have been here for about 2 weeks. Every day they ask if I need anything. They make sure I am stocked up on toilet paper, towels etc. They are very accommodating and I will stay here whenever I need to in the future. Can't think of anything I don't like about this place. It's quiet here. Haven't had any issues with the other guests here.
