Stewart Hotel

All in all ot was a great trip. Hotel was very well kept and staff was super friendly. Only down side was on my last day i had to wait 35 mins for the valet to bring my car even though i went and requested it 20 mins before i wanted to leave. But the location was fabulous and we really enjoyed our stay. Wouls stay there again.

They clearly overbook. I booked a Queen or King bed suite and ended up having to stay in a non-suite room with two double beds. I'm 6'2 and you can imagine how comfortable that is. Front desk was useless in helping.

I booked a Suite which clearly stated there was a King and Queen sized bed and not a sofa pullout. Be careful you check exactly what you get! They did change my room with no charge to be fair. They didn't clean my room which wasn't great either and didn't seem overly bothered and be aware when your booking they charge a further $40 a night tax when you check out.

The staff were friendly and seemed to put effort into being accommodating as well as competent... Unfortunately though, when I arrived on Tuesday November 12 at 10.00 pm to check-in

The staff was nice with exception of front desk. They ran out of bottled water in the entire hotel and and said there was no water to provide. They offered no apology other than you can drink the tap water if you need to. The room was very unclean. My socks became dirty from the carpet and I had to wear a pair of socks or shoes in the room the whole time I was there and place towels on the carpet to walk on after showering. They never replaced my washcloths so I had to use hand towels to bathe. They never replaced my paper cups for tea. The bathroom is old, musty, stained, and does not feel clean at all. There was hair in the shower/tub when I arrived. The window shades were stained and dusty.
