Overall great stay

Very clean, friendly staff! Overall great stay. Only concern was the water temperature in the shower. It took awhile to get the water warm enough, then kept having to adjust as it got cold quick. I really appreciated the high quality shower head and great water pressure though!

Simple clean and comfortable

It is being remodeled, so lots of fresh paint and new furniture. Spartan in looks and amenities, but they focused on the most important thing: a clean, comfortable bed.

Great staff but the rest is left to be desired

The staff was amazing and friendly. They even pointed us to a nice local breakfast spot. We thought there was noise from out side of our room, however we found it was the metal surround under the bed causing loud noises when we sat down. There was a microwave in the room plugged into a lamp that was not plugged in nor could we find a place to plug it in. The floors were grimy and there were ants in the corner behind the chair next to the microwave that didn’t work. They hit me with an unexpected $100 deposit fee freezing assets that were much needed as this trip was a gift and I am not a rich person. The staff made up for it though. We got a very friendly goodbye from the cleaning staff and the front staff as well.

This was absolutely the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. I’m not even sure why this place is open for business. It says “undergoing renovations” but from what I could see most of the place looked as if it should be condemned. There were locks on our door aside from the key card. The bathroom was dilapidated, right down to the taped up shower head and no soap was provided. The bed was on some sort of makeshift frame and the sheets did not appear to be very clean. The chair in the room was heavily stained. There was still food and condiments in the mini fridge, it looked as if it had been in there for a while. The halls were in very bad shape, including the side door going outside, which did not look secure in the least. It was like staying in something out of horror movie. Overall a terrible experience. I would never stay here again nor would I recommend any one else to either.

You should take this property off Expedia until they are done with renovations. Our door didn’t open easily so we shoulder busted it open to find cigarette burns in our bed spread. The bathroom had spots in the “cleaned out” shower. So scary we didn’t even take one. Parts of the wall were missing. The tv was no flat screen haven’t seen one of those kind in 30 yrs! Dresser was broken ceiling tiles were missing it was a disaster! Take them off until they are done
