Another wonderful night's stay
This was a repeat stay at This hotel because of was comfortable & hospitable the first time. Warm reception by night clerk a we checked in. They got us a nice room which was clean and ready for our stay. Beds are on the soft side which was fine for me and a little too soft for my husband. E enjoyed the drink ticket amenity. My husband used the tread mill but found it in need of possible maintenance because it was very loud.

Sadly, this hotel is not being maintained to the level it once was. Dressers with peeling wood strips, shower head coming through the wall, and dirty carpets. Pool area was just as bad with holes in rock decor and a non-functioning hot tub.

Wonderful place! Staff is great!
We stopped in unexpectedly and booked through hotels.com. They were accommodating of my dog who wasn’t on my reservation and gave us a room that made it easy to let her out. We ordered pizza and they offered to bring it to our room since we had our hands full with a grumpy toddler and newborn. They were so kind and we will definitely be staying here again.

Quincy
The bed is hard as a rock very uncomfortable this time around. There were dogs barking all night in the hotel, as well as kids running up and down the hall and yelling when I was trying to sleep. I woke up at four this morning to the kids above me, jumping up and down hollering That I ended up just getting up to leave and check out at that time as I could not go back to sleep and was so agitated.

We were in town for a wedding. We found the front desk staff (especially Johnny Moore) to be friendly, helpful, reliable, and welcoming. The room was very comfortable. The beds were comfy. The shower had great water pressure. The free hot breakfast was delicious.
