Hotel Azure

Booked a view room stay which was additional $50. Got into the room to find out it was a room facing a building and parking lot, go figure. Complained to the front receptionist and she said she can’t do anything because it was booked through hotels.com. Hotels.com said it was the hotels choice to reimburse. They put the blame on each other. Hotel said they did not have any other rooms because all rooms were booked. False advertisement and crappy customer service which receptionist giving attitude.

I stay at the Azure several times a year (staying for a month last year) and have always been treated very warmly and have been incredibly impressed with their facilities, until this visit. I don’t know if it’s because of Covid, but I never had a visit from housekeeping in my 4 day stay, I didn’t receive any of the perks like a coupon for free breakfast, or any of the other specials that they’ve given in the past. In addition, when I called down to the front desk regarding two issues, no one ever showed up even though they told me they were on their way. It showed on my last night and in the morning, my vehicle had been blocked in by a snow berm and I had to be dug out....making me very late for work.

Excellent hotel and spectacular views of the lake! The hotel is a 5 min drive to Heavenly!

Our stay at hotel Azure was a bit disappointing. The rooms were way smaller than advertised in the photos. I paid for a queen bed as my boyfriend is 6’5 tall and we got a full size bed which was very uncomfortable especially after a full day of skiing. I am a gold member on hotels.com and when I went to the front desk to ask if they had anything with a queen bed (which is what I paid for) or a room with 2 beds they did not accommodate and said I would have to pay more. In addition, the people in the room next to us were violently fighting and banging on walls at 2 am for hours and we got zero sleep. The hotel also did nothing about that. Would not stay there again or recommend.

The place is tired and not well kept for the price

At first glance the room seemed nice, until the ugly truth came out. Stains on the carpet, dirty sheets, our refrigerator did not work (ice cream melted) and the cherry on top ROACHES.

Great view and nice rooms

It was a nice room but for the price I was expecting it to be bigger and include more. Before booking I made sure it included robes and rentals for snowshoes and food on site but they offered none of these things. The room was very clean though and the employees of the front desk were very nice.

We got a 2 queen size beds, they are pretty comfortable compared to most hotels. The room and hotel were clean and quiet. It super close to restaurants, stores, etc.

Very nice staff. Dog friendly. Large rooms. There is some highway noise.
