Layout was confusing Service was not good Breakfast was very meager

I had to wait an hour to be checked in because the hotel computer system was doen so we had to be checked in manually

I liked the location of the property, close to stores and layout was also convenient. Our room was in the back of the building but access doors made the trip to the lobby was easy. The room looked so old that needed to refurnished/refurbished. Furniture, lighting & appliances were old. It was gloomy looking.

The position of the tv in the studio room didn't make sense. It should have been facing the bed. The tv was facing the desk. I had to turn the tv stand to face the bed. The room was clean though. The toilet seat was a bit old. The appliances were nice.

We check in late, around midnight, and Daniel was very attentive. He asked us which floor we preferred and also waived the dog pet fee. We greatly appreciate it! He explained because of the inconvenience of many hotel amenities being closed because of the pandemic, no Pool, no breakfast, but we understood and we weren’t expecting to have this amenities open. Hotel room was a suite, in the small side but comfortable for us 3. Bed was comfy. Check out was fast too.

Great experience. Easy highway access, great restaurants and shopping in the area. Great staff and nice room. It's quiet when ready for bed. They are serious about sanitizing! It's a good thing.

I wasn’t happy with the cleanliness of the hotel. But the staff was very nice.

This hotel is not clean and it needs to be updated very much. Would not recommend staying here at all.

Have stayed here long term and by far this is my favorite hotel around area’s that has everything. The size and cleanliness of room. The comfort feeling is the biggest because you feel so cozy. The area is awesome if you have dogs, kids or simply just like to walk. Plenty of things to eat.
