This is a residential neighborhood in a business district, although nothing in Nicosia is far away. You can walk to many things (like the grocery store, pharmacy, pub and takeaway food) but everything delivers- including Starbucks and Mcdonald's. The best part about staying here is its convenience to workplaces.

Underground parking is provided for one car. Street parking during the daytime hours is tough on weekdays. If you use public transportation, there are bus stops on both main streets about 3 min walk.

Please be aware that water shortages during the summer months may restrict water use. Electricity use is also monitored. 11 kwh per day is permitted.
