The rooms we had were clean and comfortable. The elevator made some very concerning sounds and movements that made us hesitant to use it. The keycards for both rooms stopped working the day before we were scheduled to leave. We had to get new keys after going up to our rooms. The front desk staff in the evenings made us feel like we were at fault for the keycards not working and was generally a little unpleasant. Daytime staff were helpful and welcoming. The pool area was clean and well kept, our kids enjoyed the pool toys. Breakfast was good and kept well stocked and clean by the kind staff. Overall, we would stay again. We would just anticipate needing to take the stairs and having to replace the keycards.
