The room was great! The kitchen was really useful! But the lift was broken, so getting bags to the room was challenging. You can't drive to it, so getting there was a little tricky. The desk is only open during check in hours, but even during that time there wasn't always someone there, and they didn't answer the bell (I tried on two occasions waiting for several minutes both times before giving up). The room itself was as described and exactly what we needed.
