Amazing STAFF, VERY clean, A BEAUTIFUL hotel!
The staff at this hotel is amazing! I cannot say enough about how accommodating they are and the kindness I experienced. The hotel itself is immaculately clean and the furnishings are beautiful. I ordered food from the restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised that they had gluten free pasta available for my dinner. The food was delicious. I appreciate that they upgraded me to a suite. It was beautiful. However, a suite would be more functional if utensils, plates and cookware were available. I believe that the hotel is going through some renovations. Perhaps, the finishing touches are in the works. Also, I stayed on the fifth floor. I have read other reviews that suggested there was no hot water in the shower. I found that running the water in the shower for about 5 minutes, did bring the hot water up and I enjoyed a nice shower. And finally, I tried to heat up a cup of coffee in the microwave. I used one of their paper hot cups to do this. I was concerned when the cup started to burn. I almost wonder if there was a piece of metal in the cup. Thankfully, I stopped the microwave before anything really bad happened. However, my room did smell like burned paper cup. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel! The staff, cleanliness and comfort are exemplary. The glitches that I experienced would not stop me from booking again! On a side note, I bought a ham and cheese sandwich from the deli next door. The ham in the sandwich was way past spoiled! Don't buy from there!

Great hotel, good stay. Friendly staff. Should have stayed closer to the city but Lyft was easy. So no problem. Booked through Hotels.com. . Would have been better to have breakfast included. Not sure why it made a difference if I booked straight through hotel or not. Breakfast was good anyway. Cold in NY. Comfy stay though.

Great location for us due to our need to be near chinatown, hotel is a bit old but clean. Friendly help desk. Just a few blocks from mainstreet. Pleasant.
