Good stay overall. When we arrived our room was not completely cleaned from the stay before us. The trash cans were full and there were no towels in the bathroom. We went to the front desk and the staff very quickly gave us another room and apologized.

The cable was off during the entire stay. The bed was so hard. The shower and bath needs to be recalled and replaced. There was only 1 coffee in the room. We were so unhappy we left a day early even though we had paid for 2 nights. The staff was amazing. They were doing their best with what they had to work with. V

We have stayed at this property several times. It is a little outdated but is clean. This trip the television in our room did not work and the manager moved us to another room, in that room the blow dryer was missing when I went to dry my hair. There has always been a friendly staff at this location.

Thought it was a Best Western but it’s a “Quality”
Great price but I certainly hope a remodel is coming soon. The whole room is worn out. The desk chair in the room is just disgusting and should be removed. I’d be ashamed to have that on my property. Linens need to be retired. Some just aren’t “white” anymore despite the amount of bleach I’m sure they use.
