SpringHill Suites by Marriott Ardmore

Great hotel reasonable price. Lots to do around Ardmore. Turner Falls just north of there which is a quite expensive area

The hotel has signs for mask required and social distancing and counters have plexiglass etc but all in vain. I stayed there 2 nights with my family and saw numerous guests roaming around without a mask and even after staff noticing it, on the front counter talking to them but would not say a word. I took a couple of pics of the guests that I can always share but all the prep of sanitization etc is useless when Marriott’s staff can’t even tell their guests to abide by the policy. I would give 2 stars out of 5 for this stay for this alone because ofnthe carelessness of the staff and endangering other guests. I solely did not opt for a cabin because I did not know their sanitization practices but opted for Marriott for it bragged about the precautions they take. Witnessed it first hand and was dejected.

The service was fantastic! The room was a nice size--we had space to move around. Due to the current circumstances--the take and go breakfast was below par. It would be nice if they could still do a hot breakfast and put in to-go containers. At least have a meat and a gluten free option. The door to the room is not installed properly--it is very crooked!! The amount of light that came through from around the entire door was ridiculous. We could even see into the hallway from the side of the door frame.

Very clean, spacious room. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cleanliness, especially during covid-19 times! For the quality of the room the price was exceptional! I would give them a solid 10 overall! Would most definitely stay again!

The stay was okay but we were “upgraded” to a larger room which was really only the handicap suite. The lady at the front desk was VERY rude to a relative of mine who was staying at the hotel. I’m sure there are more updates places to stay in OK. Also the room was for a hearing impaired person. The lights blinked on and off constantly. We found the switch to cut the light but still frustrating at first.

Horrible service from the receptionist. Witnessed poor customer service from their part towards family member will not be coming back to this hotel again! The pull out bed had stains.

The rooms are out dated and smell old. I had a/c trouble in mine and the young man helping me did move me rooms which I appreciated. But one of the ladies that was there was so rude to my cousin that a discussion and argument broke out in the lobby. She was unprofessional and did not care about her customers. She was arguing back and forth with my cousin about her room being cancelled. That went one for about an hour when at the end the lady at the front desk overlooked the actual reservation. Never again will we stay here.
