Staybridge Suites Savannah Historic District

Very friendly staff, nicely equipped rooms, great location!! Across the street is Debis breakfast so good! Across the other way is the river walk street. Shrimp factory was amazing!!

We had a two-night stay here recently and had a very good experience. The room was clean, we had a queen suite on the first floor so had a nice functional kitchen in the unit. The location was great to many sights we wanted to see, and it was easy to get around on foot. The parking was right next door for a small fee. I was most impressed with how quickly and kindly the front desk staff, including Tina, helped us with directions, ice, coffee, creamers, and how nice they were to our dog, who we had with us. The room was quiet at night.

Everything was nice. I've stayed here several times and was disappointed in the breakfast bc it was "covid safe" and that was nice and i understand required, but not nearly as nice as the breakfast situation in the past. The service was excellent.

Im giving a great review based on the front desk clerk Leslie and the rest of the staff at the hotel. Leslie was absolutely wonderful, always welcoming and gave us so much information. Angela was great too. The hotel was nice and clean but we had multiple issues with the bathroom. The shower was clogged with hair so when i went to get a shower, I stood in two inches of dirty water. There was black mold on the shower head and parts of the ceiling in the shower. The shower curtain had an odor and the shower gel canister was empty....however once I advised them that evening, the next morning staff came and fixed the shower drain, filled the shower gel canister and changed the shower curtain. The housekeeping ladies were extremely pleasant and apologetic. Breakfast is very limited due to COVID. Laundry is free but in need of some cleaning in the laundry area. Leslie's professionalism and welcoming personality made the stay worth it.

Room was very small. The hotel was full and our room was not ready until late in the day. I also requested adjoining rooms with family well in advance and we were on different floors. There was a bar in the lobby that was packed with unmasked patrons. Will not be goinv back here.

The lady at Chevy in was amazing! She should be promoted her customer service was amazing! The lady at night around 11 was not so much! Our smoke alarm was going off every two minutes and she said maintenance doesn’t come back till in the morning then asked me what kind of batter it had. I’m sorry I can’t reach it. So she came to our room and took the battery and didn’t speak one word! I called corporate they were hard to understand! Later one once we were almost asleep came came in to replace the battery! Everyone besides her were amazing! The hotel was nice and clean and very accommodating!

We were disappointed. We reserved a king and were given two full size ( not queen) beds. We asked to be moved but they didn’t want to be bothered and told us they were out of king rooms but when I checked online, they did have some available. The coffee maker still had someone’s old coffee in it. The cabinets were sticky and disgusting to touch. Both shampoo bottles were empty. The light next to the bed with the plugs did not work. The beds were tiny and we are not big people. BUT the breakfast was the worst. The coffee was all water, no milk, no creamers , just half and half. The juice and soda machines turned off and when I asked, I was told water only. Overall, save your money ( even though the location is very convenient)
