The check-in lady didn’t know how to check us in. She said that she had all her notes on everything else but how to check a person in. She also expressed how she wanted to go home. There was a sketchy looking people around the property. Someone was screaming on the phone outside our room. The police drove around the property and adjacent hotel’s property. The environment just didn’t feel safe to me or my friend and we decided to leave and find other sleeping arrangements. We stayed for a total of 1 hour. We called hotels.com to see if we could get a refund. The hotel said if we would have asked within the first half hour, they would have refunded us but since we stayed an hour they were unable to. We did not choose to talk to the staff directly due to our experience from check in.

room looked like it needed repairs, the bathroom door literally almost made contact with the toilet, however the room was clean and provided what I paid for so thanks for the room!

Bed Bugs and Roaches

Do not book. Do not book. Do not book. This had to be one of the worst hotels that I've ever had booked through hotels.com. the check-in person was less than pleasant to start with and then to wake up to bed bugs in both rooms was absolutely ridiculous. When I brought that to the attention of the manager I was told that they could do nothing about a refund and that I would have to reach out to hotels.com upon reaching out to hotels.com I was told I would have to return to the hotel and wait for the manager and a specialist to show up to review and look at the room to verify in order to get a refund. Do not book this hotel the management the staff clearly do not care for the safety and well-being of their patrons or the cleanliness of their rooms and will book their patrons into any room as long as it fills up. On top of all this one of the toilets did not flush and the shower in the second room only had hot water no cold.

Could have been better

There was trash in the room. Tv and alarm clock were unplugged which was strange. Also heat did not work properly

Ridiculous check-in

Arrived 4:15, check in was 3pm. Room was not ready. Was given key and told to wait 15 min. I waited 25 min and went to room. The room was nasty with trash on the table and unmade beds. I went back to front desk and told them it was not clean. They refused to give me another room. I told them I would go eat and come back in an hour or so. When I returned to the hotel at 6:30 the room was still not clean. I went back to the front desk and after waiting in line for 30 minutes they gave me another room. I went to that room only to find there was someone already in it. I went back to the front desk and told them the situation and said I had to go meet someone and would be back in an hour and a half. When I came back they gave me the original room again. When I went up there it still had not been cleaned. Finally at 9:00 pm, almost five hours after I had originally arrived, the room was tended to. By far the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel and I will never stay there again even if it was free.

If you just need a room…it’s ok.

Most of the rooms in Knoxville were booked due to a busy weekend. We just needed a place to sleep before heading out the next morning. It did the job. The outside was dirty but the inside was slightly better. The beds were relatively comfortable, the bathroom was dirty and the linens were cheap. We woke up early and left out. It served its purpose.

Horrible stay

Staff was very rude,called clerk for towels and wash clothes, didn’t get them. Went down in morning asked for some clerk said I’m just the clerk not house maid. Finally got towels and wash clothes. Checked out asked for receipt he printed it out, no price on it asked for a different receipt, said couldn’t print it. Tub drained real slow phone didn’t work.we will not stay here again
