El Mesón del Marqués

Perfecta locación, justo enfrente de la Iglesia de San Servacio. Bastantes opciones para comer alrededor y los cenotes muy cerca. El cuarto un poco pequeño pero muy limpio. Todos súper atentos y amables. Lo único que sugiriera es tener a alguien supervisando la zona de alberca ya que los niños andan solos sin supervisión de adultos. También enforzar la zona libre de humo ya que había algunos huéspedes que estaban fumando y ningún trabajador les decía algo. En si es una muy buena opción en Valladolid. Me quedaría ahí otra ves.

Lovely hotel that we literally stumbled upon and decided to stay.

The hotel was ok. Not great but good enough. The room is decorated in Mexican style but small. Window is to the external corridor. You can't open it. The room was clean. Pillow and towels are packed in plastic. Sanitizers everywhere. Staff is in masks. The restaurant is nice and food is great

It was something beautiful the restaurant was great and the trees inside the wad amazing 👏

Location was next to the plaza, the hotel is a little older but still clean and has class. We stayed just for an overnight and it suited it's purpose. Wifi was great, strong hot water and everything we needed. There is a restaurant downstairs that is supposed to be really good but we didn't have a chance to eat there.

Bath tubs not working, small beds, no 24hr room service like advertising, they ask to park underneath trees so the car full of bird sacrament.

You could not wish for a better location. The hotel restaurant was fabulous as was the friendly staff. We took advantage of the pool after a very hot day walking about. The room although small was clean and for 2 nights it was fine but next time we would upgrade. The made to order inclusive breakfast was great!

Enjoyed the stay

Beautiful facility with beautiful restaurant, very close to bus stop, city center, 24 hr room service, great employees. Old plumbing but functional

We had a slow check-in with problems, until Luis stepped in to help out. Our room was large and we liked the hotel's location, but the central plaza area is very noisy (alarms go off all night and early in the morning). Room service trays were left lying about outside of rooms, on our terrace and never collected for cleaning. The terrace furniture was uncomfortable, which is unfortunate because the view from the terrace is fantastic. The water pressure is very low, and the breakfast that's included is adequate but not really consistent with great hospitality. It's seems sort of added on with low enthusiasm by management.
