My colleague and I flew in on 9/24, the same night as one of Beyonce's Houston concerts and because of a ton of late departures our rooms which were supposed to be ready at 3PM were not available until 7:30PM, the hotel lobby was fully of guests who could not check in, the hotel did not offer a complimentary beverage or ANYTHING to an entire lobby filled with angry customers. And then to add insult to injury when we finally got into our rooms they were not properly cleaned or serviced. I asked 5 times for my shower soap to be refilled and to have some handsoap brought up because there was no soap in my room and it was never sent up. And we were hoping to stay at this property in November with a large room block for a conference we are planning but after this experience we are looking elsewhere. Do better. There was no management or customer service.
