Great huge suite. We stayed only for few hours but was good. Location is very good. It was a bit confusing but it is close to swedenplatz U station. You can walk to Stephansplatz. Did not have breakfast but in the room you have a little refrigerator plates cups glasses and a kettle with 2 tea begs. Lots of amenities and nice towels. You can feel the place is a bit old but for one night it was good. You can buy a parking voucher from hotel’s reception.

My first time in Vienna with my Spanish girlfriend, the first impression on my room is good & large it's a suite, it makes me feels like a home with a mini kitchen with a microwave and all the full dinning equipments. The hotel receptionists & staffs is really very helpful and understanding and always trying to help, regarding the location is good right at the center of Vienna main shopping district and all is in walking distance and the metro station is all very near too, there is 3 supermarkets all around this hotel and very convenient. One matter is the breakfast need to be improved better then the existing one and is a bit costly for it. Overall is still very good & confortable stay for us. Especially must mention again the receptionists is all very friendly and helpful. Good

The bed is so uncomfortable that this morning I felt that my neck is broken. The shower head is not working and I had to take a shower at the Jim. The Jim is clean .

Small hotel on the edge of the central core, close to transportation and very walkable. Staff was very responsive and went to great lengths to make sure we were happy. Breakfast was great. Overall great value.
